FC Series

SMA-905
The SMA 905 connector is a non-contact connector that utilizes a threaded hexagonal or knurled round nut for mating and de-mating. It is available with zirconia or stainless-steel ferrules and various hole sizes up to 1500 microns. It is typically used in medical, industrial, and military applications.
High Power SMA-905
The Kientec High Power SMA 905 Connector features a stainless-steel ferrule with a counter bore end-face or well tip, which significantly reduces connector failure due to excessive heat and debris in high power laser applications. A uniquely designed fiber retention centering sleeve allows for precision alignment of the fiber inside the ferrule. It further protects the connector by eliminating epoxy on the connector end face.
