Ceramic Ferrules
Our Standard Ferrules are typically used as sub-components within fiber optic connectors but can also be integrated in various specialized applications. They are made of zirconia ceramic, which offers the highest performance and durability of all ferrule material types. All Standard Ferrules are precision manufactured according to strict quality standards.
We can also manufacture Custom Ferrules which are made of alumina or zirconia ceramics. They are available with inside diameters from 80 microns to 1100 microns, in lengths from 2.5mm to 22.5mm, and with features such as multi-step, countersinks, flats, slots, grooves, and chamfers.
Metal Ferrules
We offer a wide range of high precision stainless steel 303 ferrules with flat end-face for ST, SC, FC, LC, and SMA-905 connectors. Standard Ferrules are available with inside diameters of 126um to 1200um.
We can also manufacture Custom Ferrules made of various materials, including Stainless Steel 316, Arcap AP1D, Copper, Aluminum, and Brass. Available OD sizes range from 0.50mm to 4.0mm, and ID sizes range from 126um to 1500um, in any length from 2.5mm to over 30mm. In addition, custom ferrules can be made with features such as multi-step OD’s, counter-bores, flats, slots, and grooves.
Alignement Sleeves
Our Alignment Sleeves are manufactured to the highest quality standard for superior performance and durability. Standard singlemode and multimode ceramic sleeves are typically used for FC, ST, SC, LC, and SMA connectors and ferrules. We also offer custom split and solid sleeves made to your exact specifications.
Matting Sleeves
Mating sleeves are typically used for connecting two fiber optic connectors or ferrules. The precision-made sleeves are available for 1.25mm, 2.5mm, and 3.17mm ferrules in zirconia or phosphor bronze.
Flanges
Our Ferrule Assemblies are available with standard type SMA, SC, ST, LC, or MU flanges. For specialized applications, we can design custom ferrule assemblies with high-precision flanges made of various materials, including stainless-steel, nickel-plated brass, or copper, to meet your exact specifications.
